PHP & MySQL Install on Red Hat 7.3

I am about to set up my Red Hat 7.3 server and I know PHP is installed but is MySQL? If not how would I build support in PHP for it? Also what about GD how would I go about installing that?

I assum PHP is already installed after doing some test. I guess all i have to do is install mysql and then set php up for it.
