problem with session in php4 under winXP

Hi !

I have small problem with session in php4, when session starts i see this error on the top of page:

Warning: open(/tmp\sess_74708e1032da8c49a8dbc58b72b2a17e, O_RDWR) failed: m (2) in c:\www\work\prj\htmls\index.php3 on line 2

i known that session is started cause syntax $PHPSESSID got session 'number'...

( my session temp path is c:/temp )

maybe i need to change some in php4.ini ? but what?

go and edit ur php.ini file. The session.save_path should read /tmp. Change that to c:/tmp or whatever. But be sure to include the whole path to the file including the drive leter.
