I can't find php4 & mysql rpm to install

I have Linux Mandrake 7.1 installed on my machine, now i want to install php4 & mysql on my machine. i require some files which i find no where on the web, if any one can help me, please help me, the files name are mentioned below :

MySQL-Client-3.23.23-1i386.rpm
MySQL-devel-3.23.23-1i386.rpm

MySQL-shared-3.23.23-1i386.rpm

zlib
libpng
libjpeg

Go to the mysql site and download.
Go to the apache site and download.
READ the manuals and they tell you where to get the other files (i.e. GD)
