Follow it exactly!

The only added instructions are to add the php4ts.dll file to your windows/system32 folder.

In the httpd.conf remember to include index.php in the DirectoryIndex section.

Add the following line to your php.ini file.
doc_root = "Your Apache path to the htdocs folder" just do a ctrl F to find the line "doc_root".

Remember to restart Apache!

Unfortunately this doesn't work for XP, well not completely anyway. We get part way there, I can view phpinfo, but any php page with includes displays without out error as a blank whitepage.
