CGI error

I installed php on my computer (WIN 2k Pro,IIS 4.0) .When I run it by IE (after I established Vitural Web Server ), I recieved a message "CGI error"(about HTTP Headers...) .I didn't know how I could fix it .Could you show me ,please ?

try to look in IIS log file... there should be some more description about error.
