I have a problem. My Apache server uploads with ~125kb/s. When I earlier on used IIS, I had an upload at 200kb/s+.
I wonder if anyone knows why this happens, and what I can possibly do about it.
And yes, I do use Windows (2000) for server, even though Linux is better for apache.
Anyway, please try to bring up a solution not involving installing Linux, as this is not my own server, but a companys, whom I am helping, and as far as I know, installing Linux is not an option.
