Need php.ini

After over 4 hours of trying to get Apache 2.0.39 and PHP 4.2.1 to work together, I have decided to ask someone to send me a working php.ini and httpd.conf file.
I would be more than glad if someone could be so kind and send me those two files.

I'M DESPERATE.

Just a suggestion, grab the 1.3x verion and install the "more" secure version of PHP v4.22 instead.

The above only applies if you have no real need of any extra benefits (features, etc) from the Apache 2.0x releases.
