1st install PHP

Hi
I am Using Microsoft Win XP with Microsoft IIS 5.01.

I've just installed the pack PHP4 like it was shown in the instruction.
But When I wanna open a sample PHP file there is Only the Errormessage: "500 - Internal Server Problem"

Can someone pleaz help me?
I know, its a short Description of the Error.

But i am just a beginner :-)
