Problem with PWS 4

I've installed PHP 4 and PWS marked the "Execute" checkbox in PWS and I've changed the registry as it is in the manual
but still when I make a HTML file with PHP code (something simple like <?php echo "This is PHP script"; ?>)nothing happens.What's the problem ???
