PHP access violation

Hi there,

I set up PHP on a Window NT 4.0, and connect to Oracle database with OCI8. it works fine except when accessing Oracle database, for example sometimes when use SQL statement to access database, it returns following error:
"PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 6021B545 ", the number 6021B545 can be vary.

I should mention that this error just happen sometimes, not all the time.
Can someone tell me what cause that problem?
