How compilng extension "dll" on WIN32 pl

My platform is IIS4.0(WinNT) PHP4.0.3
and Oracle8.1.6...

I need a file that php_socktet.dll and
php_oci8.dll..
This files are extensions dll file.

i got a Complete Source Code zip.file(PHP 4.0.3pl1) from www.php.net

How can I compiling module dll on WIN32 platform,I tried some times,but failed.

plead let me know that where is php shared file(dll) or where is compile document file....
