Is possible to test php offline on my win2000 and how can I do this.
Install IIS if you haven't already.
Get the ISAPI version of PHP and install it.
Stick your PHP pages in the documents folder of IIS.
Point your browser at http://127.0.0.1/yourpages.php and there you go.
