PHP Libs and extensio_dir

I try to install PHP 4.0.3 on IIS and Win NT but a few extensions
are not found by the php.ini file . The path (extension_dir) is correct, the
file exists but the php.ini can not load it.

If you have any experience with PHP under Windows system,
please tell me about it. I would be very gratefull.

I use PHP4 from http://www.phpwin4.de my PHP is located in C:\PHP4 my PHP.INI is in c:\winnt\

I use Win NT4 also on IIS and my extension is set like this:

..\php4\extensions

Seems to work perfectly!
