bcc in the mail does not work on windows

Having problems with the bcc field in the mail function while sending mail from windows.

I have set the bcc field in the headers parameter to the mail function when it send out the mail it igoners all the address in the bcc and just send mail to the To address mentioned.

Also having problems sending an attachment with more than 2KB.

Any help is appreciated.
