PHP & Frontpage

Hello

I have to use Frontpage to design a website and I prefer Homesite. I was wondering how I can configure Frontpage to accept the .php3 extension as html and parse any includes that I have.

FP2K: Tools | Options | Configure Editors | Select Add, then add php3 as the file type to be open, then path to the application you want to open the php3 file type, this can be FP or HomeSite.

I have already done this, it still will not parse any of the includes into the final html page.

Not sure that I follow, as your original question was on how to edit a .php3 page within FP.

The actual include function is handle on the server, outside of the FP extensions is they are installed.

Is your server set up to process PHP3 files?

Note: any FP components used on your .php3 pages that are processed via the FP extensions will not work on .php3 page.
