Problem in Badblue server

Each time when i start the bad blue server
and run a php page. The download dialog box gets prompted. the page is getting downloaded
is the problem in bad blue server or it's the pws running in win 98 creating this problem

A few questions:

a) Is PWS running while BadBlue is running?
b) What port is BadBlue running on?
c) Did you add the lines to your \program files\badblue\pe\ext.ini like the example on http://badblue.com/helpphp.htm ?
d) After adding the lines, did you stop and restart BadBlue?
