Access Violation

I need to show a customer a small app on a Windows box, and I'm getting this error way too often:

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 012A2466

This shows up in event log:

The HTTP server encountered an unhandled exception while processing the ISAPI Application '

'.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I've also got this error quite often when using PHP as ISAPI filter with IIS or as Apache module.
PHP as module is totaly unstable under Windows.

Since I run it as CGI this problem disappeared.
