I have installed PHP 4.04 and my sql I have designed a database how ever things ran reily well I had now got a website which was database driven using PHP and my sql all was fine until I up graded my browser from ie5.o1 to ie5.5 when now when I connect to my Personal web server in windows I receive this error message

I have tried uninstall IE 5.5 and reinstall IE5.01 but still have the same error any help is appreciated
