I have problem with 4.0.4pl1 distribution of PHP. Apache keeps crashing when PHP is installed as module (WinNT4, SP6)
So, I visited bugs.php.net, and there thay noticed that the bug is fixed. But, in download section on php.net, I don't se a new version of PHP distribution.
The questions is: from where I can download latest binaries. I haven't got a compiler, so I don't have CVS version in mind.
