CGI error on host headers

I have recently installed IIS 5.0 and PHP on my windows 2000 and have been able to run simple scripts quite easily, when I try to get more complicated as in a form I get this error.

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

I am wondering if somebody can help or point me in the right direction. Thankyou.

I've seen this where the specified file does not exist (like clicking a link to FUBAR.PHP when you only have FOO.PHP defined).

If the file name is correct, make sure that you're header() calls are correct. They can mess things up if you're not careful.

Worst case, simply back up your original file and keep stripping out stuff until you figure out where the offending line is.
