virtual memory Dr. Watsons and PHP

ok so we are running PHP 4.03p1 and getting TONS of Dr. Watson errors, our web server just crashed so bad that you couldnt even log into it or browse a web site...

anyone else experiencing this??

this seems to be getting worse only thing i can think of is that all of the new databases we are creating and more users hitting the machine are overloading PHPs ability to handle it

suggestions? thoguhts?

Try running PHP as CGI, or if you are, as a module. Try another version if possible.
