The function Com is not surpport Chines

Dear sir:

I'm a Chinese girl.
When I use function Com for connect SQL Server in php on Windows NT and list the tables in database on the Web , the Chinese words can not be displayed in glar.
Why? How can I do ?

Try upgrading to PHP 4.0.5 (or greater).

One of the fixes in the 4.0.5 release is COM support for double-byte characters.

Where can I find php4.0.5 ? I can found the lastest version is PHP4.0.4 p1 in www.php.net.

They have the best compilations of php for win, with all of the extentions you may need and more.

I've being using their php4.0.5 on win 95/98/2kpro with apache 1.19 with no problems for about two months now...

I've downlowed PHP4.0.5 from www.php4win.de!

But I cannot install it !

My Os is Windows NT , web Server is IIS4.0!.

When I install is with Isapi module ,the arrowhead of ISAPI Filters is red and down!

The EventViewer of WinNT report:

Cannot load HTTP filter program DLL C:\WINNT\system32\php4isapi.dll¡£Data error¡£
