cybercash - NT

I've read in the article about cybercash that PHP must be compiled with cybercash support (ie ./configure --with-cybercash=/mck).

I'm using PHP on NT server.

Is cybercash support included by default in PHP 4 ?
Otherwise how can I use cybercash functions on NT ?
