MySQL generating Form Letters for print

I am in a situation where I am being forced to go with the Windows 2000 route for my current web project, I need to have the ability to generate a set of letters nightly based on information from a MySQL database and send it to the printer. Can someone suggest an easy and quick way to do this, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Since its Windows running notepad.exe <file> /P should work.

Should be possible to set up the scheduler to run a specific php file or a batch/script file that takes data from the mysql table and dumps it to a file and prints it using the command above.
