form method=post + NS4

I run IIS5, and php + mySQL and have noticed that if you use the post method when submitting forms : <form method=post> it takes about 10 - 20 seconds for netscape 4.x to execute. The status bar simply says 'Connect: host localhost contacted, waiting for the reply' , this only happens with post method and ns 4 ... any ideas??

what are you posting? if it is a file that is 5 megs... that could be expected.

It happens whatever I post , I thought that maybe it is a PHP or IIS setting..
