This is off-topic but I'm hoping there are some people here that have the answers.
I just recently started hacking around with Apache/PHP/MySQL on W2K - long in the tooth under Linux.
One thing I've noticed: there seems to be a dearth of information on apache mods under Windows in general. Is there a central repository that discusses them other than the limited modules index at apache.org?
Failing that, has anyone had luck compiling the module sources for Apache/W2K? Will Cygwin do the trick or do I need to obtain a copy of MS VC or similar?
