php.exe in .bat script file

All,
I want to use phoummail but have some issues.

Am on IIS5, win2k and exchange 5.5, php cgi.

I can't come up with a good way to get mail from exchange into the phorummail script. I have written a batch file (.bat) that works great from the command line (php phorummail forum=7 path=blah < mailfile.txt) but can't get the script to execute under IIS.

Is there something special about the permissions for the php.exe file when running under IIS?

Any other ideas?

Get yourself Apache. I'm surprised anyone even bothered putting PHP on IIS.

Sorry if this doesn't help you, but if you run PHP with IIS and not apache, you will get more problems than just this!
