Yes, you can do it. Configure IIS from the Internet Services Manager Web Properties (going from memory here) and add a file extension (PHP) to point to the C:\PHP\PHP.EXE %s command line. Copy PHP4TS.DLL and LIBSASL.DLL into C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 and PHP.INI-DIST into C:\WINNT\PHP.INI.
