IIS and File Uploads

I´m currently runnuing a NT4 server with IIS 4, but my expirience is with apache server in Linux.

I´ve tried tu use my codes for file uploading in the IIS but they all crash.

my latest one is the error 405. something about the ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data"...
What am I doing wrong?
how can I work around this?

I have a question about Windows 2000 server and PHP...

All my pages are now in PHP but, what I need to setup Windows 2000 server to run PHP files on the web????

Download php405-installer.exe from www.php.net? install it and enjoy.
