does anybody know why this bug (http://www.php.net/bugs.php?id=8747) doesn't get any attention? Is there anybody who can send attachments on windows? If this is possible could you tell me how?

I too am wondering about this one. I'm new to php but I'd be willing to invest the time to fix this. I'd need some help and a leading hand to get started. I'd really like to see this fixed
