PHP 4 - Apache on Win2k Server

I've recently installed PHP4 with Apache on a win2k server.

My problem is it wont pass parameters, for example if i was to call www.blah.com/blah.php?id=7 It wouldn't recognize id, and this acts the same with forms.

Is this a configuration problem with php or my apache server? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I can't tell you how to fix it, but I CAN say that it is something wrong with your configuration or something.
I have that same setup and passing variables like that works.
