Trouble with windows

I get to windows screen and thats as far as it goes.  Under command prompt only the message shows up about C:\SISIDE\SISDR.SYS having trouble then that thewre is an error in Config. system line 1.  Ive tried lots of things but they havent worked any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

well what is actually wrong, What is SISIDE? Cant help you intill we know what is going on.

I ran McAffee Proformance Optimizer and it showed about 17 shared DLL files that were missing for example
"The shared DLL File C:\Windows\SYSTEM\DRVVFP.HLP is missing"
Is it safe to have MCaffee remove these and what does it mean to have
all these DLL files missing-Mark

C:\Windows\SYSTEM\DRVVFP.HLP is a help file, and it looks like a driver. try repairing windows from the CD. or going from the latest back up. This is all I can suggest.

Hello. this computer is 3 weeks old, How to I go to the Win CD to repair this
problem with the DLL's/ What to all the missing shared files mean.
How to I check if its the Video driver and How to I check and update the driver without messing up things.
Should I let mcaffee remove the the shared DLL's. Thanks-Mark
