Administering MS SQL with php

Hi

I need to have an application to administer Microsoft SQL 2000 using a PHP interface like for instance phpMySqlAdmin or phpOracleAdimin.

The question is, is such application already available?

And if it isn\'t, should be the simplest way to aim this goal, to use php_mssql70.dll?
