PHP on Win2000 and MS SQL

I've put the php_mssql70.dll file into my winnt/system32 directory and configured the php.ini file to look there but I'm not getting any joy, I manage to return an error;

Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/winnt/system32/php_mssql70.dll'

I've also tried this file in the PHP install dir but with similar luck. has anybody had this problem before?

Probably can't load due to the SQL DLL missing another required DLL... try moving libsasl.dll and php4ts.dll into the winnt\system32 directory...

Hmm, still no joy. Same error... don't suppose that you've got any further suggestions?

I've got same issues trying to load the Interbase.dll file... Ive been scouring the net for hours looking for answers but have come up with NADA....

This really sucks.
