Giorgio,
i'll make the assupmtion that you are italian... ¡buon giorno!
the easiest way to resolve your problem with your win32 system would be to create a series of 4 diskettes that are the NT4.0 equiv of the ERD. the process for win2k is 'makeboot.'
there is a directory on your win2k cdrom called 'BOOTDISK', that, when you run the 'MAKEBT32.EXE' from it will invoke a series of images to be placed onto the 4 diskettes that you will have to provide.
boot your machine to disk 1, and watch the
process as you feed the remainder of the disks to the machine so it can load the cdrom, a meager but adequate array of hd drivers, etc, and build a stable enough platform that you can repair with options that you can take during the bootdisk process.
you'll go through a series of blue text-based screens. choose the variables you want to apply, and your machine will become stable enough to run properly. this beats a reinstall of the OS by a LONGSHOT.
good luck!!
