Who has a compiled php4_gd.dll?

I can not get the source code compiled and working under windows98.
I am using php4 and apache.
I would like to try yhe jpeg and png image functions.

As written in PHP.NET Newsgroups, Windows version 4.0.2 will include many new dlls including GD library.
