Hacked by Chinese / IIS stalls

I updated my PHP installation on Windows 2000 Server two days ago - from 3.03/4 to 3.06 I believe. Now, IIS quits or stalls occasionally - I usually have to use sysinternal's pskill (taskman says access denied) to stop inetinfo before it'll restart again. Anybody else having problems with the latest PHP and IIS?

Also, today I was working on documents on the local server and this was displayed in a web browser:

"Welcome to www.worm.com

Hacked by Chinese"

I reloaded the document and it was back to normal. WTF? Probably not related to PHP, but I'm curious if anybody else has experienced it.

The computer was infected by the "code red" .ida worm. Get on a security mailing list, this is widely known.

Can you point me to a widely known one? Or even better, point me to something that 'splains what it is and what to do about it? I used a widely known search engine and didn't find anything really relevant.
