sybase extension not loading

I'm having a problem loading the sybase extension. I am using IIS5 on W2k w/php406.
Other extensions don't have a problem loading, but the error I'm getting with sybase is the "The specified module cannot be found" Has anyone had a similar problem? Any input is appreciated.

Open the extension DLL with this and see what DLLs it's missing.
