I really thank you all especially Rado for giving out the site. I had the sirc32.exe virus and never knew what it was.

SirC32 is a virus, go to this site.............. http://www.antivirus.com/homepage/link.asp?URL=/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=TROJ_SIRCAM.A ...........and download the fix it tool then you run it. you will be fine after that, try also into upgarde your antivirus and your browser.

I don't know what causes this problem; but the onlyway I've found to fix it is by re- installing windows. Also becareful when running an anti virus program. If if finds a system file, such as sirC32.exe. It will quarintine the file making it useless to the system.
