CGI Error -- Misbehaved

Greets ...

Win2k, IIS, PHP4.0.6(CGI), MS SQL2k ... Installed and working ... most of the time.

Problem ... some of the time (appears random) I get the following error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Refresh the page and it works fine. I have checked the bugs.php.net and there are a few reports of this, but no conclusive answers as what/why/who/where/how to fix it.

Anybody have any clues as to why this is happening and what I need to do to stop this "random" failure??

I think this is from a timeout error

Hmm ... timeout error?? it happens instantly so the timeout would have to be some connection here or there.

I have switched to Apache and we are not experiencing any more problems ... then we used the ISAPI version and it appears to be working perfectly as well.

i have been experincing the same problem. Although I dont have the freedom to move to apache. Have you found any solutions to this problem.
