getting the necessary *.dll files

does anybody know where i can download DLL files for windows support ..

i've been looking around for wndows DLL files to support PHP on windows platform but i cant seem to get any ...

i am currently looking for DLL files for encryption purposes .. i dont want to write out the whole encryption over again in PHP format ... coz i dont know !! hehehe 🙂

I am having a problem with my duccuments, in order for me rad them I will need a file called MSO97.DLL, Where can I find that and download to my system.

Sorry I can't help you on getting the neccessary .dll's - I have the same question!
I need VBRUN300.dll to run an HTML Writer.

I get this advice from the help-text of the Writer: Make sure the files VBRUN300.DLL, CMDIALOG.VBX, COMMDLG.DLL, TOOLBARS.VBX, and EMEDIT.VBX are in your Windows System directory (usually "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM").

If you could reply with advice, that'd be GREAT!
