internal server error/premature end

Hey all,

I am having a problem configuring my PHP.

my system:
OS:Win2k professional
server: Apache 1.3.2

I recently installed PHP 4.0.6, and it seems to work fine when on my server when I open pages on my intranet from my workstation, but when others try to open my .php pages over the internet they receive error 500 (internal server error). Error log reveals a "premature end of script header" error.

anybody ever see anything like this one? any help is much appreciated..
