I have the windows binary installation and also the windows zip file. Is it possible to add on the dll's in the zip for added functionality? does the php.ini file need to be edited? (I'm thinking yes for that but..)
I should mention that I had no errors installing php and have had it working for the past 17 hours or so. It's been a long night playing around with php.<br>
As for security: I would appreciate any suggestions, that you may have in mind.
Any suggestions for configuring xitami & php for win machines?I also have a copy of MySql, but have not installed it yet. I'm not certain if I need it, but it seems a bit unfriendly, opinions?<br>
my main concern would be security. a firewall can only do so much, the apps that are permiited sockets need to be secure as well. maybe i'm just a bit paranoid.<br>
