mysql_connect() under Windows???

Heya, People!
I have tryed to connect to other than local MySQL server on the Windows machine, but it looks like that something isn't right; I just can't access the other server...

The error, that it comes out is this: Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user: 'IUSR_NETRA@localhost' (Using password: NO)
in db.php on line 5

But, the main problem is, that it actually has passwords and everything, like
mysql_connect("theserver","username","password");

Any ideas? I am all out of themm...

You must give your windows host access on the mysql server. RTFM:
