I have had this error message. I was because W2K copied my php4apache.dll as a library file. Search for php4apache.dll on your host and you'll see if it is the same mistake. Reiner
Did you copy php4ts.dll into the c:\winnt\system32 directory?? If you look at the install file for php it will tell you where it needs to go. I ran into the same problem a couple of weeks ago and now php and apache work great on my Win2k box.
