pass value to batch file

I would like to know how to pass value to the
variable that in my .bat file

below is the batch file's content :

attrib +r %THEFILE%

I run the file with below command :

exec("c:\mybatchfile.bat")

how i pass value to %THEFILE%

Actually, I just figured it out...this link will help:

you'd want exec("c:\mybatchfile.bat $myvar")
