I have the same problem and the microsoft support is useless... somebody please help!
I had the same problem but I did some research... Delete your Temporary Internet Files and everything will be just fine.

I have the some problem, I've tried clearing my cache and deleting temp internet files but it still doesn't work, is there any thing else I can try? this is a fairly new reinstall of Win2k I'm on.
