FOUND PHP_CRYPT.DLL..!!

After 1 and a half hours of searching i found php_crypt.dll. What took you guys so long to find it?

Tell everyone this for me, cause i dont have enough time to deal with all request seperatly, but you goto the php website, click downloads.

download the win32 binary, of PHP 3!!!

in that zip file is php_crpyt.dll that you can unzip and include with php 4

While you're telling people about this, you might also want to tell them that:

  a) php_crypt.dll != php_mcrypt.dll
  b) it won't work

PHP extensions are build specific. That means that extensions compiled against the 4.0.5 source tree won't work with 4.0.6..... let alone trying to load PHP3 extensions into PHP4. After all, PHP3 and PHP4 don't even share the same interpreter engine. It was a nice try though🙂
