problem with Sirc32.exe

Whenever I open any program I am having with sirc32.exe file is missing error

pls. inform to me, How can rectify this problem thru mail.

Sorry to tell ya but you are infected with the sircam virus, or may have been at one time

you have a problem with the sircam-virus. your virusdetection has deleted the file but the regitrysettings for sircam still remain!

So .... open regedit search for sircam.exe and delete ONLY the sircam.exe-part ...... not all the infected keys ......!! it's somewhere under .exe

If you cannot open regedit anymore, try to tell the system to use command.com as sircam.exe or copy command.com to sircam.exe => now you got a shell and you can open regedit.exe out of it ;-)

when i Click the properties of any application "irc32.exe is missing" message displays what i do
