about .dll file

I use PHP on windows OS. NOW php can make swf file. where can i get the .dll file for my windows php to make swf file? (sorry my english not good ^_)

php.net seems like a good spot to start🙂 You need to use the Ming library in this case (php_ming.dll). If you downloaded the Win32 installer, you'll need to go back and grab the zip file package instead as the installer has no external extensions packaged with it.

Once you've got the php_ming.dll file, specified the extension_dir (folder where php_ming.dll lives on you hard drive) in php.ini, uncommented or added "extension=php_ming.dll" in php.ini, and restarted the webserver...... you're in business. The Ming functions are detailed in the manual at: http://download.php.net/manual/en/ref.ming.php

Yup, you got'er right. As I mentioned, the Ming section of the manual should be your first stop for information on the functions php_ming.dll provides you with for doing Flash with PHP.
